Problem
A year after the company started, Birchman Productions opened a Music Video Department. The team decided that we should move forward with a Music Video only logo, that is a take on the original branding for the company. We wanted something modern and flashy, without being too far off from our original design.
Project Description
I approached the redesign with modern typgography in mind. The look should be flashy enough that it is separate from the Birchman Productions logo, but still gives the same emphasis on quality. Music Videos are so versatile and different per video, that the logo needed to be able to fit into any music video we would produce. I decided on using a 3D model of a modern bold font, and texturing the model to give it character.
